It's funny that this is album of the day, because I've been listening to this album SO much lately. It's one of Neil's masterpieces. "Ambulance Blues" is one of my favorite songs of all time. Why the hell is this album not on my chart?

Haven't heard it! Ahhhh!!! I love the little I have heard from it. And yeah, he's so cool and a genius and all and I'm reading his biography now and "Rust Never Sleeps" is recently in my top 5. So that's it!!! I'm listening to it tonight!

For me, Neil hit a creative high post-Harvest when he decided to get down in the ditch. I don't think On The Beach is quite as solid an album as Tonight's The Night from this period, but it's still a great piece of work.
