Is the only kind of music on this website like classic rock because whenever I come in to these forums I feel like out of place the only classic rock I listen to is like Led Zepellin when I'm with my friend who really likes them. Is there anyone who like modern post hardcore or alt punk or something? _________________ Yeah, I'm a trolll

Well I'm not really much of a classic rock person- well, an incidental classic rock fan I guess, I like a few albums in the category (though it's admittedly a pretty vague category). Most of it doesn't do much for me. On that note I'm not much of a post hardcore or alt punk person either.
...quit being unique, you hooligan!

Everyone has their own taste in music. Some people on here have a very classic rock focus, but there are some alternatives around. Personally, I don't listen to the post hardcore or alt punk stuff often, but I do own both the Paramore albums and FOB's Infinity On High from your chart.
I felt out of place as well initially but individuality is what makes this site great!

Haven't heard much of what's on your chart there, so thank you for the suggestions. I have heard the Paramore albums and they're all right. Despise Never Shout Never.
Question though: Are you "like excluding like superstars like you know Green Day and stuff" because you don't think they're good enough to warrant a place on your chart or because they are disqualified for being superstars?

Ummmm well I exclude them because they are so known and overused and when people look at my chart I want them to find new stuff to listen to. Thanks for all the replys!! _________________ Yeah, I'm a trolll

I sometimes follow that line of thought. The higher the rated, the harder it had to try get onto my chart

I just list the stuff I like the most, regardless of whether it's old, new, popular, or obscure. _________________ <(: @ >

This is a fair goal, but I think if it is your intention, you need to limit yourself to one album per band. Just pick the best album, and if someone listens to it and likes it, they'll check out the others.
I dunno if you can really claim to be eclectic though. Maybe there's a lot of people on this forum obsessed with really safe choices (Beatles, Metallica, Pink Floyd... etc), but your tastes aren't exactly rare among your demographic Not that that's a bad thing, but this basically recommending screamo pop to 40ish year olds. Don't have high expectations.
