Recently, I've been wondering something: Why bother trying to find out what the "best album of 2010" is when a Radiohead album is coming out this year? I mean, everyone knows that it's probably gonna get #1 no matter what.

Anyone else agree with me?

Well, they'll be working on a new album, at least. It might be delayed until 2011.

Well at the beginning of this year, they said they were going into the studio to record for a month and only a month. They said somewhere that they find that if they limit themselves, they do a better job or some pretentious nonsense. So according to them, they should be done recording by now.

I agree though, it's most likely going to get number one spot.

It will probably be considered the best but it probably will not be the best.

A part of me wants to see Radiohead make a bad album, or at least one that gets bad reviews. Almost all great bands make at least one so-so or even bad , album. When it happens, we'll know they're human.

They already did, look at Pablo Honey.

You say that like anyone is going to agree with you. Pablo Honey was a great album... You might not like the genre, but that's one of the things that have made Radiohead a lasting band... They change it up.

I can only presume anyone's dislike of Pablo Honey is out of some misguided elitism against the popularity of Creep.
