This may already exist. I'd like this to be a place we can just post something that we really love atm. And then ask people in the BEA community to contribute some key albums that they feel will also be loved. I don't care how obvious it is. Like, not at all. Can be such a super obvious rec cuz you never know, maybe the person hasn't heard that album.

Like example if someone is like "I fucking love 'Rust In Peace' by Megadeth right now! What are the most obvious recs that you would think I wil also love?"

And then someone says "check out 'Countdown To Extinction' by Megadeth, 'Master of Puppets' by Metallica." That is kinda obvious, but also good.

Anyway, yeah, just an idea.

I'll start by saying I am really obsessed with

Ravedeath, 1972 by Tim Hecker

Right now. I am relatively novice in the area of ambient or electronic experimental stuff and whatever.

Anyone have a couple or 3 stone cold badass recommendations that you think I will also love based off my love for that?

Amusing you've already heard Harmony In Ultraviolet(Much more intense and claustrophobic) I'd recommend Replica by Oneohtrix Point Never and The Dance of the Moon and the Sun by Natural Snow Buildings. I'd also recommend Air by Peter Namlook, with the warning that it's a bit more sparse, and is something that is probably an influence on Hecker.
