Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. just when you think she couldn't get *more* awful. this is scraping the bottom of the barrel, even for mainstream pop

I put this as her second best project so far(or second worst if you want to look at it that way). Overall, Katy has less low moments but kind of gives up her high moments for this consistency. That's kind of a problem, she's at a pretty meh level of consistency. She doesn't have much that is so bad it's kinda good, and she doesn't have the same tunes that can actually stick with you.
Katy did have some good ideas here, Miss You More seems like it could be really good, but Katy never really gets deep into what she is feeling. It always fails to develop and just gets repetitive or she just leads into empty platitudes.
Katy Perry has a decent record here. Fewer ballads, please, though. And it got a bit boring after a while.
