Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album is rated in the top 2% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 80.1/100, a mean average of 79.1/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 80.1/100. The standard deviation for this album is 16.7.

Album Static Desposal of Debris at 76’ was much more better. They were pre-Nirvana. Ramones are weaker

While the quality of this record may come into question the influence and importance of it cannot be denied. They just seem to capture this pure rock sound that is full of energy and is just loud. They perfectly captured the feeling and emotions of the people at the time and have done this ever since with the huge number of people who have listened to this and shared in their passion. What has given it this staying power is the short and sweet style of song they go for. This makes it extremely accessible from everyone from the 70's to the present day listeners as it is impossible to deny the catchy nature and infectiousness of several of these tracks. However, there are several issues with this album with one of them being how repetitive the songs become by the end. It also isn't anything special or experimental musically with most of the instrumental work being rather simple. Overall, there were better punk acts who released better records in the future but this one just captured that raw sound and deserves a huge amount of praise for its influence.

It is not a bad album, but it gets more repetitive with every track and by the end I was tired of it.

Musically, of course, this record isn’t excellent. Pretty simple garage band sound here. What makes this record great is its return to old rock and roll. These songs, essentially, are early 60s bubble gum pop songs but with guitar distortion, bad New York accents, and about 50 extra beats per minute.

Proving, I suppose, that you don’t need complexity to have a meaningful voice.

For a certain generation, this is the most important album. It is not clear which started the landslide to destroy station rock and disco, but nevertheless, the effect is obvious.
But to be honest this is not my cup of the, although the simpleness and anger make this a must-listen for music lovers.

Absolutely essential punk album. It feels way too long, even though it is only 29 minutes long, mainly due to the striking similarity among the songs.
