Great eighties album. Pure sunshine music. The lesser known 'Like a Baby' is among my favourite Wham tracks. George Michael had an amazing voice and was at his pinnacle on this album.

Very fun pop record and George has an amazing voice. Has a couple timeless classics (Wake Me Up, Careless Whisper) and some fun pop tracks (Heartbeat, Freedom.) I could listen to this for hours.

I grew up being called Seth Bug because of this album... I was born the week that song went to number 1.

it's just ridiculous to see, what kind of celebrity george once was - and what a fantastic personality he became. nevertheless he always had a fantastic voice (careless whispers!). the songs are professionaly produced - most of them have a cleverly built-in recognition value. but they are "just" radio-pop-jingles. the supremes-like freedom is nice and of course the crush slow dance sax-song.
