Era of streaming. We're now at the point where streaming means I can listen to almost any album (even though Spotify doesn't sound good) i want at any time. And being an obsessive, in trying to listen to everything. A deluge of listening to millions of albums once, even ones I think are great. The albums on this chart have been all listened to more than once but many not that much more. The quest for ever more new music at the determent of getting to know stuff inside out like the old days. Vinyl is now big again, even though lots of it sounds ropey, people still want physical copies and as not buying cds then records will do as sexier. Seems like everyone is getting rid of CDs as charity shop trips generally end up worthwhile with CDs for pennies. But the cheap records are nearly non existent. iTunes finished as people stopped buying MP3 to buy records...
