I forgot all about that Jim O'Rourke album. I used to love that. Also Ken Ishii.

I love that the second artist you mention as being central to the zeitgeist of the nineties (Burzum) is a band I've never heard of. I think that's revealing of how much there is to discover in the nineties--the richness of creativity that defines the decade. At the same time, there's a lot of crossover in our respective takes on the nineties, particularly OK Computer (I know everyone loves that album, but it's for good reason), In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, Nevermind, I See a Darkness, and a number of your other selections. A great chart both to appreciate and to use for further discovery. Thanks!
