Top 100 Greatest Music Albums by 
Daydreamer 
A rough prototype, there are many albums which would definitely be in my top 100 but I didn't know where to place them so I will be adding them as soon as I figure out where they should be.
Also I by no means think these albums are the greatest using some objective criteria, more like 100 best albums ever according to my tastes and opinions. Enjoy :)

Radiohead are the Pink Floyd of the modern era. Creative, innovative and daring. This album is the soundtrack of the modern man living in the era of technology dealing with modern problems of isolation and loneliness. They created a bluepring many other rock acts would copy and music was changed forever.

A little piece of true magic recorded by Jeff Mangum. A concept album losely based on Anne Frank but also dealing with themes of family, relationships and reincarnation. Mangum's voice will soon become one of your favourites since it's incredibly passionate and his lyrics are on a Dylan level with some incredible surreal imagery. Incredible stuff.

One of the biggest compliments I heard about this album is when I realised some of my friends were convinced this was a greatest hits compilation. The greatest debut of all time and really no other Pearl Jam album comes close (and this comes from a guy who really likes them). Eddie Vedder's voice is so full of passion and his lyricism honest and intricate. Also the sound here is very 70's classic rock influenced and has less of those punky songs they wrote on later albums. Highlight of the whole grunge era.

Huge improvement over their debut album, The Bends is still pretty much a guitar rock record. Never the less, the sound is much more original and creative and the album is packed with amazing songs. If you are mainly a classic rock fan and want to try to listen to Radiohead, this is the album to start it with. Fake Plastic Trees is still their best song imo.

Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).

The further towards 100 you go the more unique and interesting it gets IMO. Seems we have a lot in common, though I maybe skew a little more recent.

Good chart! Was nice seeing Innuendo and Bone Machine on here mixed in with tons of highly rated albums. Innuendo is easily one of Queens best and most underrated songs.
