I'm 21 years old so this album isn't that strange to me but it must have been weird to hear in 1980. Experimental. Groovy. Introspective. One of the best opening halves an album has ever had. Possibly the best by a band not named Radiohead. [First added to this chart: 11/28/2017]

Such an amazing chart, I forgot how personal your notes were too so I've upped the rating to 95/100. Great inclusions of classic rock alongside hip hop that's great to see.
