OK ComputerUnited Kingdom Radiohead
• Alternative Rock • Art Rock •

Radiohead's third studio album and their in my opinion best one. A must have in any Top 10! A must listen for every music fan, this is like an own genre!
It is art in the purest and most beautiful way in music ever possible. It's still so fresh in my mind so I let it sit here at the highest sport in my top 100. Radiohead's albums always take me in a mystic, surreal, abstract world and still keeps me there in my mind, even days ago after I listened to it. Thom York's vocal performance is from another world, so unique and magical. The musical aspect takes you in an unknown place but the lyrics are telling about this world and real-life problems. You have to enjoy this record as a whole package, but it also has magnificant songs that can work as his own.
The concept is perfectly delivered and keeps the bar always high and with tracks like 'Karma Police' even higher and higher until it finishes so good that you need more than a week to "digest" this piece of art in your head. The best band an their magnum opus, what should I say more... enjoy it if you haven't!

Key Tracks: Airbag; Paranoid Android; Karma Police; No Suprises; The Tourist;

Honorable Mentions: Radiohead - Hail To The Thief; Radiohead - The King Of Limbs;

Wish You Were HereUnited Kingdom Pink Floyd
• Art Rock • Prog Rock •

The first and best Pink Floyd album that I listened through! What should I say more it is absolutely fantastic, the delivery is peerless and it is so innovative like no other Pink Floyd record.
The concept flows so smooth through each track. All of them are one of a kind in their style, but there is yet a similar handsign.
Such a groundbreaking and important album in musical history!

The Beatles (The White Album)United Kingdom The Beatles
• 'tons of Rock-Forms and even Reggae' • Pop Rock •

Of course there is a Beatles album in my top ten! Every song here is great, catchy, innovative and so timeless. And I think this is their best one!
This doulbe LP has no song that I would skip. It flows so good from song to song I get like something completely different (very unpredictable).
And 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' and 'Happiness Is a Warm Gum' are bomb tracks!

Key Tracks: Almost everything!

Honorable Mentions: The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour; The Beatles - Let It Be; The Beatles - A Hard Days Night; The Beatles - Help!;

NevermindUnited States Nirvana
• Grunge •

Nirvana's absolute best record, which changed the way of Rock'n Roll and pushed it in a new direction. They became on of the most influential artists of all time, by creating this masterpiece, there magnum opus.
I remember when I was young and listened to 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' on the Radio or on MTV (back then when it was 'Free-TV'). I thought like, holy shit what an amazing song. Years later I still think it is amazing, why?, because it still works for me. It still sound so fresh, aggressive, powerful and different. I grew up with Nirvana and especially this album. It is a part of my life, it is forever memorized and safed in my mind - it became just a piece of me.
Kurt's voice grew on me from time to time. I still remember when I got my first Car and the first CD I bought was the Nirvana best of and I played nearly every day on my way to school. Then I bought Nevermind and In Utero and soaked it literally up. The first Vinyl I bought was this masterpiece.
It is so timeless, so different, game-changing, so personal, so nostalgic and so important for me!

Key Tracks: Smells Like Teen Spirit; In Bloom; Come As You Are; Lithium; Drain You; Something In The Way;

Honorable Mentions: Nirvana - MTV Unplugged (I only include originals, that means no compilations and/ or live albums); Nirvana - Incesticide;

The Queen Is DeadUnited Kingdom The Smiths
• Indie Rock • Indie Pop •

Love this LP and I love 'I know it's over'!
Because of this masterpiece I have started to listen to every The Smiths album and song. Morrisey has such an unique voice. It is so sad, opera-ish, clean and yes divinly beautiful. Of course this LP is my most favorite and of course 'The Smiths' and 'Meat Is Murder' is great too. Name me one Band who were greater and more influential wihtin their first five years in their career. You just can't. Since their astonishing debut (The Hateful Of Hollow), which was a compilation, The Smiths set their mark in the music world and this wihtin only half of a decade.
Everything is right and on point. The guitars, the vocals, the bass, the drums - what an atmospheire and 'I know It's Over' is the saddest and best song ever!

Key Tracks: I Know It's Over; Never Had No One Ever; Bigmouths Strikes Again; There Is A Light That Never Goes Out; Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others;

Honorable Mentions: The Smiths - Strangeways Here We Come; The Smiths - Hateful Of Hollow; The Smiths - Louder Than Bombs;

In The Aeroplane Over The SeaUnited States Neutral Milk Hotel
• Indie Rock • Folk Rock •

I think everyone who is into music would love this record after the second or maybe first listen. It feels like a meme sometimes to me because everyone kinda knows and/ or loves this record. It is like the "The Persistance Of Memory" from Dali (The most famous artwork from my favorite Spanish artist/painter).
It is so strange but still georgous for me and it suprisingly works. That is the whole magic in this masterpiece, which gets magically better and better with every listen.

Key Tracks: In The Aeroplane Over The Sea; Two Headed Boy; Holland, 1945;

Honorable Mentions: Neutral Milk Hotel - On Averly Island; Spiritualized - Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space;

You're Living All Over MeUnited States Dinosaur Jr.
• Alternative Rock • Noise Rock • Indie Rock •

Absolute classic.
It took me a while to get used to the vocals and get used to this whole album too. But after that I fell in love with this album - it grew and grew every day on me. Raisans is so timeless and majestic in his own way and style. This is so innovative and unique, even their cover from The Cure's 'Just Like Heaven' sound ten times better than the original. It sound so dark and brutal and heavy like this whole album.
The guitar play is so perfect on my point J. Mascis voice and skills are at his peak! Such an underrated guitarist and talent. This albums needs more recognition and more respect, it is so great and so dark and makes everything right in my opinion to deserve this spot!

Key Tracks: Little Fury Things; Kracked; Sludgefeast; Raisans; Just Like Heaven;

Honorable Mentions: Fugazi - Repeater; Swans - Soundtracks For The Blind;
