If an album is in my all-time top 100 charts, it will not re-appear in this one. After the 90s had gone, I started to buy new albums again. I had a lot of catching up to do as I was missing loads from the 90s , but I still had to keep up with the 00s. Around this time record companies began to re-issue a lot of my favourite albums in re-mastered versions with extra tracks. Where was my money to go? Anyway, this is what I made of the 00s.

I picked this album up in a sale when I was on holiday in Florida. It had been a long time since I had bought a VF album, but I took the plunge. I had to wait until I got back to the UK before I could hear it.

This is a scary album. It wasn't what I expected when I bought it and I had to give it quite a few listens before I liked it. Lots of drug abuse references and other terrible sadnesses.

Very good Chart.
Very different from mine and a lot to discover for me but I feel the music you prefere is soulful and experimental at the same time.
