This list is more like my favorite albums of all time or what I consider to be the best, as all music is subjective.
My only rule is one album per artist/project, I am not repeating artists to keep my picks unique.

I too, watch Fantano religiously. I never really got the love for MBV, but I'll try them again. I'd say try Tool and Joni Mitchell.

Really nice chart! Wanted to give a lower score because its only 40 entries, but I cant penalize you for that. You have great taste. Here are some suggestions excluding artists already in chart (per 1 each rule):

You should give a listen to semantic spaces by Delerium. That's my personal favorite album and not one that a lot of people have heard. Given that your taste is so varied, I'd love to hear your first impressions. :)

Great variety even just in the top 10! Usually with these charts you quickly get an idea for someone's taste or at least preference even if they're open minded about music. But I love charts like yours that showcase a large variety.
