Top 100 Greatest Music Albums by Spyglass
My chart is ordered from best to worst. These albums I have chosen are albums that go above and beyond the boundaries of music, and have brilliance to share in whatever forms they take. All of the albums I've chosen are very special to me in one way or another, even if they're outside of my comfort zone, because a comfort zone doesn't matter when you're trying to comprehend all forms of music.
I've added little stories that describe my feelings when listening to each album. They're quite odd, but I love a little odd now and then.

"Fellow humans, let us drop to the blood stained ground on our calloused knees and beg our non-goddess mother Mary Joanna for the universe to create a war against wars with our own army. The battle will be rough and full of smoke in the air. The smell of burnt corpses and desolate weed fields can hurt us, but they can also fuel us. Let this smoky darkness overtake you and don't forget, it's the devil you should fight." [First added to this chart: 04/03/2020]

"With this wand I translate the magics of the universe for all to hear and understand. The forces of good and evil have no limitations when spread across the universe. The ambiguity of philosophy creates evil, where the understanding of it creates good. My wand of light is a sword against the twisted darkness and the tainted wo0rds of our ancestors, so I bring forth a light not seen since the ancient times." [First added to this chart: 06/05/2020]

"May the gods from ancient legends drink with us and not despair, for they can only bring on the apocalypse if we believe in it. If we cannot see them with our hearts, let them be seen through our drugs. I preach to you legends that we grew up hearing as children, but what separates a fairy tale from a legend is that legends are a part of our culture. Even as adults, we can not let these legends go." "My extensive studies have taken me into the greatest frontier of all time. In our industrial years where aliens were first being theorized, we considered that the greatest frontier was the farthest reaches of outer space. Ladies and gentlemen, I have discovered that the greatest frontier is not out there in space, but deep inside your own minds. We use 10% of our capabilities, but imagine what the other 90% is doing, and what we can achieve by exploring it." [First added to this chart: 11/10/2020]

"For today's jam session, we'll be playing for the South and all of the good that it stands for. None of that grits-and-taters stuff, none of that all-Southerners-are-racist bullcrap, but the truth: we love our land, we love our family, and we love our music. We love our Muscle Shoals, and we love the black artists who emerged from it. We love the blues that they invented back in the early-1900's. We play the way we do because we're so imbeded with our modern culture that it's almost like we've been chosen to preach about its modern beauty. And if one of us dies someday, our spirit will live on." [First added to this chart: 04/03/2020]

"Everytime someone tries to start something, there's always at least one person trying to bring the new fad to new directions all over the world. We've got the ecstasy and the youth necessary to carry this teen scene across the world. We've got the cars, the drugs, and the pent-up anger. I say we use it before everyone tries to become the next Iggy Pop. The only way to get our nessage to the youth is to understand their conformist ways and decontruct them, or mutilate them. They'll love the way we do it." [First added to this chart: 04/04/2020]

"I'm a drug for your soul, and a preacher for your body. I'm the guy on the street that you need to talk to on occasion to keep your life together. I'm everything you need if you're a young man in the 1970's." [First added to this chart: 04/04/2020]
