Typical Elton pop track with a bit of a disco/funk flavor, made tasteful with some nice violin work interspersed. Extremely repetitive, for sure, with the title words making up over 50% of the lyrics, but it works well enough as a catchy little number. Perhaps a bit forward-looking at the things that were to come for John.
