I like the sentiment. of what you're saying.

Agree but I doubt it. Asking for closure and for it to rest in peace is tempting fate. There will likely be sequel after sequel after sequel of this thing, one of which would inexplicably be in space.

The Beatles have somewhere between 5 and 8 masterpieces. VU have none! Cut out the hipster crap! Saying that Vu>The Beatles isn't showing a deeper musical insight!

I was just kidding, you all know I actually like the Magic Band more. (That's some "hipster crap" for you.)

Seriously, though, most of The Beatles' discography gets really boring after a while, but the VU's unique style remains interesting and exciting. The VU knew how to make unforgettable songs and the experience of listening to their first two albums has rarely been matched. That's my opinion though, you may just think the VU are more boring.

I like the Magic Band more than VU. I don't think VU were much talented when it comes to songwriting, they have made decent music, but it's much more forgettable than The Beatles. And their music sounds way more samey than The Beatles, so yeah, I think they're more boring. I don't hate them, but it doesn't make any sense to me that they should be better than The Beatles!
