I've also tried Happy Songs for Happy People. I don't see what really make them anything special. Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Swans are overwhelming in a good way , Explosions in the Sky are bright and full of hope, Talk Talk are beautiful and soothing, Slint are dark and cryptic, Tortoise have a lot of interesting ideas and genre fusions. Mogwai doesn't reach such heights for me
OK
Does Slint still make music ,I've got one album dont know the title the're swimming on the cover...
Got to dig that up long time since i listened it _________________ SHPRITSZ
Frankly, I don't agree with rock socket. If you didn't like Young Team, maybe Mogwai just isn't your thing, or maybe you can come back to them sometime later. Mr Beast is good, but not as good, and Hardcore... is frankly disappointing.
Have to listen to Young team again!! See if i agree (LOL) _________________ SHPRITSZ
