It's a piss-take of the video they did with Erykah Badu for the same song (from ...Heady Fwends), where she was naked in the bathtub. Then she got all pissy over Twitter because her self-righteous "spiritual" fans all complained. So it's just a very thinly veiled swipe at her, I'd imagine.
