Have had this not work twice in the last couple of days. Did it get turned off?

Sorry for the delay in replying (I was flying today), and for the problem that you are reporting. I'm trying to think how this could have happened. One scenario is that somebody opened a tab when the album was unlocked, and left it open. Meanwhile, the album gets updated by somebody else (after ten minutes, the album is unlocked), but then the first user then goes back to the open tab to update the details as well.
The difficult balance to get right is not locking everything for too long which would make it too difficult for people to get a window to make an edit, and not too short that an overlap occurs. I think maybe the ten minutes needs to be increased a little bit (to maybe 30 mins).
