So... I have yet to buy anything but their unplugged on vinyl because of the roughness and maybe isn't worth it... what is your take so far?

I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile, but I do know music that is best for vinyl is stuff that uses more traditional "acoustic" music, if you will. Visited a JBL factory, and they said the same thing when testing speakers.

I guess what I am saying is, would I like it more than my digital version?

As Tall As Lions
You Can't Take It With You

Highly Highly recommend if you haven't heard it yet.

Operation Mindcrime by Queensryche

I know it's digital mastering makes it less than ideal on vinyl, but I don't care; it's truly one of the greatest metal albums ever made.

Ahh this album is fantastic! I don't even know if I could pick a favorite track off this album... maaaaybe Revolution Calling but there are several other great ones. Anyone that likes prog rock, or a solid story in their album, should check this out.

Spooky by Lush

It's been ages since I last listened to the whole album... so have now got it blasting into my ears at work!

And very Lush it is too ๐Ÿ˜

That is a really hard question for me to answer. I had this vinyl version long long before I had it on digital, so to me the vinyl sounds exactly like 'Bleach' should sound... warm, gritty and slightly fuzzy!

Give it a go if you can lay your hands on a copy? If you are a Nirvana fan you will probably love it!

Breakfast At Tiffany's by Henry Mancini

Such a fun, beautiful score. One of my favorites ever.
