Would be more interesting if they were albums you've never heard of that you've stumbled upon through spotify for example.
One album i recently bothered to listen to for the first time was heartbreaker by ryan adams. ive been aware of him since he arrived on the scene but i wasn't into that sort of music then. i dismissed him as lame because he was more famous for doing a cover of wonderwall which i found dull. but after properly listening to him i hear a lot of springsteen/dylan influence and that's a big thumbs up for me.
And here I thought I'd have an awful hard time finding a modern album by a modern band that I could enjoy so damn much. I guess it's partially due to the fact that they have a pretty retro sound. Good luck making something better than this, year 2013. _________________

Yeah Foxygen! I've been listening to them for almost a year now, they're so amazing. I saw them live last Wednesday and they were amazing. Their lead singer is such a great frontman he kept jumping around on stage, conversing with the crowd and talked to a puppet about what he thought of the show.
I talked te band after the show, they seem like pretty cool people.
