I'm new to the site - who actually makes the changes? I feel like we reached a consensus in this thread, but have no idea who the decision maker(s) is that would actually update the site.

It's on the 'to do' list and will be added alongside everything else. I think I mentioned including a filter on the chart pages, or indicating compilation albums more clearly so people can skip over them if they want. I can't give people specific dates for making these types of changes, but as a rough guide, certainly within the next two or three months.
