How many times should an album appear on a chart?

I really don't have many foriegn albums to make foriegn charts. It's just a suggestion.

OTHER IDEA!
The bands themselves may be from certain countries, but a British band can record and birth an album in another country. What if we added the country each album was released to the pages? Or the Admin Album screen?
