Of these two, I like In Rainbows better, but I'm not here for it going very far in the tournament. Overall, it's only slightly better than average.

I enjoyed The Mantle more than I thought I would, but In Rainbows used to be in my top 5, so I think I'm going with that.

The Mantle blew my mind more.
In Rainbows is more easy to put one without dedicating yourself to anything, but I gotta give it to Mantle.

The Mantle!
Although In Rainbows is one of my more favorite Radiohead albums based off what I've heard...
But still, The Mantle.

The Mantle has an atmosphere that's all it's own. It's the most winter album you could ever hope to find. It also somehow has been an album that consistently tricks non metal fans into thinking that metal isn't just a style used by angsty teens that like growling when their parents ask them to fold their laundry.
Also consider that in rainbows is a good album at best that was made by a hugely popular band and that's it. King Midas' stapler

what a tough match. If I only had enough money to buy one album and that album was my last ever, I'd have to pick....
