Rotterdam (Or Anywhere) by The Beautiful South

Life On Mars by Bowie - Nobody said it had to be on Earth

Graceland by Paul Simon - I don't know if it's a real place but it's still a place in a song.

It's where Elvis Presley used to live.

Not so much a song about a place, but rather a song about a clearly mentally unstable person. Beautiful song nonetheless, and it fits two place names into the title. So there's that.

Here's two of my favourite songs about the greatest city in the world, Glasgow.

Aztec Camera - Killermont Street: Basically about Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow, although it must be the greatest song ever written about a bus station 🤣

The Blue Nile - Tinseltown in the Rain: A beautiful song, made even better by the fact that the subject is my hometown.
