Which are the most Underated Bands in History?

KASHMIR Kashmir were formed 19 years ago in Kopenhaagen, Denmark. By the release of this, their 4th album, they have reached platinum status in their home country. I have never seen anyone talk about these guys at all on these forums. They just released their 8th studio album. Kashmir came to the spotlight in 2003 due to heavy exposure from MTV of their hit single Rocket Brothers and its grimly-themed animation video. After that, they had moderate success worldwide with their album No Balance Palace, with heavyweight collaborations of the likes of David Bowie and Lou Reed. In 2010, they started a large tour through Latin America and now they really became massive, to the point of actually appearing in the best selling charts in Mexico with their release Trespassers (Considering the economic environment in Latin America in general), which may lead to many to ask themselves: Who the *** are these guys and why are they such a phenomenon? I like And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead. I don't know how well known they are in other parts of the world, but in Australia they're pretty low on the radar. I think they're really consistent with their output (quality-wise), although they haven't changed their sound too much over the course of their career (but why do people think that is necessarily a bad thing).
