I like color, but sometimes greyscale can look fantastic. "Less is more".

Boring doesn't exactly mean bad. I sure don't denote "boring" as a negative since I'm a big fan of subtle textures and ambient music

Yeah, but I don't find subtle textures and ambient music to be boring, I find it very interesting. Boring is usually used in a pretty negative way when used.

It was a joke. I don't think the Godspeed album is really boring, it's close but I don't mind it much. Same goes for Souvlaki, which I actually do like (I rate it 7/10). Also, as Gowienczyk said, if Souvlaki is boring/relaxed then not in a bad way.
