Underrated by who? Rolling Stone named it one of the best 500 albums ever, it has an entry in numerous reference books (1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die, 1000 Recording To Hear Before You Die, 101 Albums That Changed Popular Music, etc.), it's 137th on BEA's overall chart, 213th on RYM's, it went to #1 all over the world, it has sold over 6 million copies in America alone, it is frequently cited as the best solo album by any member of The Beatles, and pretty much every review you'll ever see of the record awards it five stars. If All Things Must Pass is underrated, lord knows what you'd call some of the albums on my chart.
