Even though my knowledge of Reggae is fairly limited, I can still recognize the sheer brilliance of Heart of the Congos despite my lack of any kind of significant familiarity with the genre, and it gets just as much adoration from me as any loved album from any genre with which I am more acquainted. That said, like a lot of people, I quite like the College Dropout. I think I'll have to abstain
On a related note, hey lethal, when do we get a Reggae chart?

Voted college dropout. It's an extremely fun album. I can't help but sing along to almost every track on the album. Plus, my friends and I jam to this too much for me not to vote it. Heart of the congos is pretty good, but It'd be difficult for me to put a good amount of albums over college dropout at this point in time.
