What's wrong with the Waits album? Seriously, when was the last time Waits made a bad album? It's not Rain Dogs, but it's a hell of a lot better than most of the stuff in the poll.
I haven't heard it so I can't speak to its quality, but it just seems incredibly strange to me to put an album ranked 233 for the last 3 years, into a best album of the last 13 years poll, while not including countless others.

Well it doesn't deserve to be ranked that low, just like there's a ton of albums in 2013 that really don't deserve to be ranked where they are. Bad As Me is great.

I've actually been meaning to check it out, I've really liked what I've heard from him.
But you have to admit, it's an off the cuff pick to include in a poll that's restricted to only 10 albums, with it being not the most popular, nor the most acclaimed.

Well, to be fair the OP had about 10 heats prepared. The problem was that he tried to start all of them at the same time. He was trying to balance out the picks I'm sure. So he didn't just pick only these ten albums.

Also I gave in and voted Ravedeath, 1972, but then I saw that Age of Adz is on here, but I like them both anyways so its cool.
