because he clearly attempted to make it about bands who's major work was in the 2000's (with Radiohead being arguable either way). no one could argue (even Maiden fans) that Iron Maiden's best and major work was during the 2000's.

Your right Jhereko. I'm a little grumpy right now. And Iron maiden is my favorite metal band by far. So I get toutchy when they get attacked.

Honestly, why is Royksopp so underrated even among people with good taste in music? Listen to 'What Else Is There' and tell me LCD Soundsystem is better...
please don't make me not like artists I like because you like them. What Else Is There and a lot of Royksopp's work is fantastic (Royksopp Forever is probably my faveourite track by them), but they are nowhere near as consistent as LCD are (it's still present tense for another day 😢 ).
Nowhere near? Inconsistent is actually a word I'd use to describe LCD Soundsystem, just in general. 3 songs are listenable on This Is Happening, its a surprisingly bad album. The first was average at best, so he's had only one really good album. I really don't see how you couldn't classify any of Royksopp's albums as less than great.
