Various Artists - Purple Soul: MOJO Presents a Compendium of Futurist R&B
Latest MOJO cover CD, featuring Polica, How To Dress Well, The Stepkids, Toro y Moi, James Pants, Arthur Russell, Arabian Prince and a bunch of others. It's dope obviously. Big up the MOJO massive.
Love this as always!
Long day of travelling ahead (to Scotland...), so the iPod has been stocked up with favs and a whole lot of randomly chosen 2014 releases.
Always love it, too! Have a nice day in Scotland, never been there.
Have any 2014 albums actually passed your rigorous quality control procedures so far?
Our laboratory of highly trained monkeys have scientifically proven that 11 albums released in 2014 are better than cold fusion.
EDIT: Zonkey-Coco has signed to me that Kevin Drew's test results came back positive (in this case, a good thing) and to vehemently remind me that one of the previous test items, Stephen Malkmus, did not pass their rigorous testing but i overruled the monkeys to add it to the positive results. I'm still "hearing" about that one. _________________ fav artists NOW | ALL-TIME favs | i listen 2 more music than u so u don't have 2!
