CONSTABLE OUTLAW - PRELIMINARY POLICE REPORT
Inspector Shankly and I ascertained the whereabouts of Jackwc and Necharsian, prime suspects in the murder of Groupie #2, by means of interrogation. We immediately drove to the location at 58 Behrus St. Upon entering the building, we were attacked from all sides by both the suspects and a second pair of unidentified young men, one wearing a kickass jumpsuit and the other wearing a green hat and leather studded vest. Seconds later, another pair of men entered, one blonde and shirtless with multipe peircings, one of them elderly and wearing nothing but underwear. People began attacking each other indiscriminately. Jackwc attempted to escape, but I chased him outside and cuffed him to a tree. Upon my return, Necharsian and the other two assailants were gone, and the dead bodies of the unidentified elderly man, the unidentified blonde man, and my partner Inspector Shankly lay on the floor. Identification later verified that the blonde man was HigherThanTheSun - the owner of the apartment. Jackwc currently resides in cell #6 of Besteverville Justice Centre. Inspector Shankly's funeral will be held this afternoon.
