Earth moves into post-rock territory and makes my favorite album they’ve put together. Lots of fondness for this one; good textures, movements, and watnot.

Boy...if you like vocal harmonies, psychedelia, The Beach Boys and The Beatles, you are in for a treat! At least I was...I still am... 😁 The first 8 songs fade into each other literally as s suite, reminiscing the medley on Abbey Road but with the psychedelic element amplified. The last song is a 25 minute ambient piece recorded along the sounds of rainfall.. I came to know Baby Lemonade (a Syd Barrett song) because they were Aurthur Lee's touring "Love" band for The Forever Changes Concert, which btw is an excellent live album...
I had found that on Scaruffi's site. Their were in the 80s' psych-rock revival scene (Paisley Undergound), and from what I had listened to from it, I was not totally convinced. The Dream Syndicate is obviously incredible, but The Bangles were just alright and The Rain Parade was an utter disappointment. So I was kinda hesitant to try this one out. Well I was blown away. Like Soft Boys featuring Manzarek on keyboards, or something. Truly remarkable, and a great surprise. Like the Boys, the 60s influence is strong, but there's a prominent punk edge as well, which makes it sound fresh and unique. I'm glad atm 😁
