My first Elliott album. And still by far my personal fave of his. Gonna see if something else can take its throne this week. These wonderfully catchy, Beatle-riffic ditties are so etched in my brain I just don't know if that's possible.
edit: Never mind. this is clearly his peak in which still maintains the confessional, intimate atmosphere of his earlier albums but takes his songwriting up a notch with irresistible poptastic melodies.
