Well I woke up late this morning to all of these nominations so I'm just going to extend the nomination pool to 96. Feel free to nominate one extra soundtrack (for a max of three). It's a hard cut off at 96 though.

Isn't this a bit much? I mean, do you think enough people are going to listen to all 96 of these (and preferably experience them in their original settings) for there to be enough people to vote? Isn't this the same problem we had when we tried to do the +5000 (or whatever it was) tourney?
Yeah, this is too much for me too. I don't really want to hear this many soundtracks in a short time. I may just wait until the second round to listen to anything.
^this is why I don't participate. It's like the +1500 tourney, but with more albums to listen to, and probably of lesser quality, as it adds another constraint to the same rules.

I was trying to maintain a sort of fairness and balance but when more people kept nominating I thought I might as well keep it open instead of taking some of the partisanship out of it. I'm going to leave it be and keep the 96 because I've complicated this enough but I'm terribly sorry.

How are there so many whiny bitches in this thread? How can anyone make an assumption as to people's motives in nominating a soundtrack? and why can't people ever just let the person running the show do their thing and just contribute to the tournaments in the capacity they would like to?
