Queen only work as band really as a greatest hits compilation sort of effort. No album for me contains enough substance or quality consistent throughout each entire album for them to appear anywhere close to my top 100 albums. I love their individual tracks. But I'm never gripped long enough to say, listen to two albums worth of listening time with them.

Agree.Even A Night at the opera has a few duds.But I feel that all of their compilations(best-of,greatest hits) leave out a lot of good stuff that's only on the albums.So you're better off making your coustom playlist rather than have a single Queen compilation.
