Mr. Johnson is quite amazing, and I think I'd vote him over quite a few other guitarists, but Winter is also an accomplished and legendary blues player. The amount of energy he plays blues with is incredible. Just listen to The Progressive blues experiment and it's quite obvious just how well Winter does electric blues.
