Run-DMC's first two albums are great picks. So is anything by Eric. B & Rakim (as well as Rakim's first solo album, The 18th Letter). These records are basically completely free of vulgarities, but their innovative and catchy wordplay make them classics even today.

This is mostly clean except for "Skinz" (which is censored on the album anyway).
Seconding Eric B. and Rakim and early ATCQ, also

Breaking Atoms by Main Source I think this has minimal profanity
