Top panels (Home, How it Works) blue and vertically stacked

When I just logged in, those horizontally stacked buttons at the top like "Home", "how it works", "statistics", etc. were blue, vertically stacked, and really long. Was that an update or is there something wrong with my cache or phone?

i think the new navigation bar and drop-down menus are quite spiffy 😄

i also like the change to the My Charts page where the individual year charts are all listed out by default, rather than requiring a click on the decade to show the years.

I've just reversed-out the mobile tabs, and the site will now behave the same on all devices. I'll re-visit the BEA mobile experience in 2015.

Mine does the same thing, but only on mobile. It's weird.
