I would be really curious to hear the site's opinions on this one. I've seen some very positive reviews, and some very negative ones, and I lean positive/pepperoni but I'm really interested in what others think of this. _________________

First off I can't take anyone with the name "Lil Dicky" seriously. Second of all there are some good tracks on this thing but for the most part I see him as another Macklemore, making corny shit that subconscious racists who think all other rap is dumb gangsta shit love. It's not as bad as The Heist though.
I know this isn't too surprising coming from me, but Chance's collaboration with Lil B may be the best thing he ever did. Definitely more cohesive than Surf.

Yeah it'll be interesting to see what happens with his career. I get the sense he wants to make more serious stuff going forward from the interviews I've seen. Also interesting who's got his back: I get the sense Snoop and Hannibal Burress both legitimately like the guy, and Sway really liked his stuff too (the freestyle he did on their was impressive). I didn't really like Ex-Boyfriend, White Dude was alright, Lion King was eh, and I was pretty sure he would just be a new Lonely Island, but I really liked this. _________________

This was better than I thought it'd be. I actually didn't love the singles (White Crime, Lemme Freak, Classic Male Pregame) as much as his other singles (Cypher, Russell Westbrook, even Ex-Boyfriend a little bit) but still found the album worthwhile. It was a good mix of serious musical moments and dumb funny stuff. Favorite songs were Molly and $ave Dat Money probably. Definitely going to make my top 100 of 2015 and has a chance at top 50.
I'm liking this very much so far. Kind of like a cross between Stereolab and the Super Furry Animals (not just because it is sung in Welsh, but that's part of it). Pitchfork gave it an 8+ review, for what that's worth.
