"experimental" is far too broad a category for me to make any focused suggestions, and you already know who the resident BEA #avant #abstract squad is and where to find their charts, but i'll bite anyway with some stuff that inducted me into that world, whatever we define that world as -
Fennesz, Jim O'Rourke, and Peter Rehberg improvising together live. It's on the weirder experimental side of things but theres lots of relatively conventionally musical moments, I think. It's a good balance.
yeah experimental is right up there with "electronic" and "world music" for most ridiculously broad designation, but here's some stuff I like that you might dig
What's a good list of "essential" Madlib releases? I'm really interested in getting more into his production and the amount of stuff he's worked on is overwhelming.

Beat Konducta series - Vols. 3-4 are the best imo
Medicine Show series - i've listened to these sort of at random and enjoyed Medicine Show Vols. 10 and 13 the best iirc
