Not this time around, nothing I was really looking for. As soon as I can access custom charts I'll likely follow in your footsteps however and make a chart of my vinyl (maybe CD's too) collection.

To me, it is. If you are considering it, I would look at their catalog of past album of months and see if those appeal to you. I've enjoyed the vast majority of them and Madvillain just happens to be really freakin' high on my chart. Plus, some of their exclusives in their store are sweet. I got The Unseen on all white vinyl and it is bae! _________________ ...and for dessert!

It's certainly not worth it for Canadians (exchange + shipping makes it quite unreasonable), but I can see the perks of it for Americans. Slightly high prices in my opinion though... I know they're exclusive pressings, but you can typically get the same albums for $4-5 cheaper without the service.
I also prefer picking my own albums, rather than a random selection being sent to me ๐ Which... well... is literally the entire service. If they sent something that I hated, or already had, I'd obviously just give it to someone else, but I'd be kinda pissed.
If it works for other people, that's awesome though. It does feel quite collective. Kinda like an internet based country golf club or something.

Yeah, it was a few days ago on Amazon.ca (do you shop on the Canadian cause it's cheaper right now? Just out of curiosity). I'd never seen a typo on it before, so I figured it was legit. Some sort of special secret sale or something. Ah well.
Something similar probably happened to you with the Criterions. I adore their packaging, but I can never seem to get myself to dish out $30-$40 on a DVD. _________________ Doubles & Conch
