Post subject: A best ever tracks chart/highest rated/viewed of the day
Literally the overall chart but with songs, obviously highest ratings + number of ratings would be taken into account and everything and I appreciate that it would be far far more difficult to pull off but overall I think it'd be fun to see or at least have a look at even if it was like a one off thing that lasted like a week.
OR
A highest rated TODAY kind of thing, so the album that has been viewed/rated/rated highest on the current day. _________________ overall / 2017 / spotify

Not sure if this works that well in practice (it has been tried a long time ago). The most popular item of the day/week is self-perpetuating. An item is listed because it is popular, and then people click on the item because it is popular (& keeping it popular) & creating an endless cycle.
