Blackstar by David Bowie

"Lazarus" is really really good. The rest is ok.

But all I really needed out of this was one great send off anyway.

I love the sparse intro to 'Lazarus' - reminds me of Joy Division/early New Order, who in turn were obviously in thrall by Low-era Bowie, creating a nice little möbius strip of influence. It's cool.

That Sea, The Gambler by Gregory Alan Isakov

Randomly stumbled upon this guy, and now I'm wondering why he isn't way more well known. Beautiful album.
