Who has the best chart?

To me the best charts are the ones which not only stand out because of the originality of the chosen albums but mainly because they contain original and especially personal comments on those albums (to which of course you shouldn't necessarily agree, that's why they're personal). The only problem is that you have to go through many lists without those comments before you come across one which is really good. So I would like you to suggest the ones which stand out on that front with also the reason why you like them so much (and preferably not your own chart  ) My personal favorite is the "Top 50 Greatest Music Albums" by Dingerbell not only because of the personal comments but also because of the original touch in adding individual tracks where he highlights the individual places in songs which especially touch him (like the harmonies around minute 2.20" which challenge you to go and find them. Also LouisJWyatt, Pearljammer13, Jasonconfused, KinkyAfro, LadyGodiva and the great Romanelli himself are worth mentioning.

How does one go about and say who has the best chart? Would it be based on similar musical taste?

Yeah pretty much, although for me the best charts are the ones that have further expanded my own tastes, and have given me new favorites.

Other than Scarruffi's chart I like Top 97 Greatest Music Albums by briggs54, Top 100 Greatest Music Albums by Kool Keith Sweat, and Top 100 Greatest Music Albums by Norman Bates I like their overall taste in music especially their jazz selections.

now that i've contributed nothing to this thread, could i get a couple chart recs on the year 2016? i've not really ventured outside my niche the past three months, so i don't really know much of all of what's out there.
