Best Ever Films of The 50's [List]

*50's style drumroll* It's time for BEA's 100 favourite films of the 50's :D It's been a very exciting poll, and I'm hoping everyone is happy with the results. There's been plenty of new recommendations for me over the course of the poll, and I'm hoping you guys find some new (old) stuff as well. There were a total of 320 individual films submitted, here are the 100 with the most points. Films will be listed off in their most recognized title. I'll be posting some tidbits about the list after it's all posted. Perhaps I might edit some things into this post as well. Please don't post in this thread until the top 100 is complete. Please discuss in the poll thread if you wish though. I've long held the opinion that Audrey Hepburn is my favorite actress of all time. And that Peter O'Toole is my favorite actor of all time. And William Wyler is top 25 directors too. So when I was randomly browsing around for a movie and came across a film with Audrey Hepburn AND Peter O'Toole AND William Wyler AND held a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, I quickly dropped everything and found the film and watched it.

And it did not disappoint.

I was ready to be disappointed by this list, but I wasn't in the slightest. Vertigo is a phenomenal film and each of the top 10 is deserving though not necessarily my order.
