My taste is pretty much centered around traditional literature, myself (my favorite novel of all time is a tie between The Count of Monte Cristo and Ivanhoe)—with some experience with early 20th Century works and of course the pulp/sci-fi/adventure boom from 1930-1970.

inb4 Storm of Swords is #1 of all time, A Tale of Two Cities doesn't make the top 100, and I rage (even though I like the game of thrones books).

EDIT: actually, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows might end up with the #1 spot to the embarrassment of us all (even though, again, I like HP)
