Musical "Phases" You've Gone Through

Do any of you guys go through phases in music? You know, where you become obsessed with a certain artist or genre for a few months, then lost interest? Here are some that I've been on: *Animal Collective Phase (early 2009): After hearing about the wonders of MPP, I got briefly obsessed with the band, accumulating much of their discography. But once I realized that it was simply noise, I got bored. *Epic Prog Phase (late 2009): After hearing the wonders of Tarkus,a and realizing how incredibly cheap these albums can be on eMusic, I went on a prog binge. I even considered getting an Asia album at the time :shock: *Doom Metal/Sludge Rock/Heavy Prog Phase (late 2010-today): This is the current phase I'm in. Anything sludgy I immediately fall in love with. Because of that, I ended up buying Electric Wizard's whole discography. I'd hate to say it, but I'm afraid this will end up like my other two phases in the next few months. What about you guys?

I don't know how I didn't include this on my top 150 songs, my personal favourite disco song (Although Disco Inferno is a great choice Captain Dude). Also probably one of the best videos ever. EDIT: actually this isn't the video I'm referring to, I can't find it on youtube 🙁
